Hello and good time of the day everyone,
It has bothered me just from the beggining of the first patch game download: are the game servers located in different big countries, or there is a big server wire just in only one?
As soon as the download of the patches goes around 13kbit/sec (really, I do have steam or other sources download speed about 900kbit/sec>), I am really interested in it.
The other end of the interest in it is the law that will be live in Russia after 1st of january. This law says that all private information of russian citizens has to be kept on the servers, which are located in Russia only. Other way it would be impossible to use credit cards (may be different thing, cause I saw this law only with the small part of my eye).
