I was curious as to the average response time of questions or help requested by the "Contact Us" page. I sent a question on 8/26 and I haven't received a response. I don't want to send another question, seeing if they got my first one, but I have a feeling that maybe I typed my email in wrong? I don't know, I have no problem waiting, but I just was curious if there was an average time.
