So I plan on being a pirate in the PU. Im going to take my Retaliator, get as many friends together and gank anything thats carrying cargo and small enough so as to not pose a threat. I don't care how[..] Load

On the Cutlass and Avenger there are places to hold a captive if you are a bounty hunter, officer, or pirate. My question is, Will we be required to have these holding cells if we were to transport a [..] Load
