I am another use who is getting abysmal download rates around 250KB/S. So I decided to set the launcher to P2P only. When I do so I get the following error:Peer List EmptyI also did a tracert:Tracin[..] Load

I have noticed that connecting to certain US based servers like with the Steam client or just recently downloading the 1.1 Star Citizen patch that my internet traffic is taking an odd turn through Hon[..] Load
