What are the effects of a Suckerpunch Distortion Cannon?
The description says that it drains the opponents power supply. Has anyone measured how much it drains?
Do shields stop or reduce the energy drain?
I have also seen player descriptions about this or a similar weapon shutting down an opponents HUD and/or controls for a few seconds. Can anyone confirm either of these effects?
The description indicates that the weapon does no damage. Can anyone confirm or deny this with any personal experience?
Is anyone able to run an experiment with shooting a missile with the Suckerpunch?
