Say an org or an alliance of orgs finds and manages to get one of the Bengal carriers that are said to be out there for players to discover and try to hold on to, but instead of turning it into a pirate base or a party barge they decide to bring it back to the UEE for good reputation with them and the possibility of a nice monetary thank you from the government?

Do you think such a thing wold be possible? Do you think players would be able to deal with the UEE or would they just be hostile from the start and attack the players for having stolen UEE property? If it is possible and the players are successful in returning the carrier to the UEE, how thankful do you think the government would be?

There really isn't a real world scenario like this to correlate to. It's not like the US Navy has lost an aircraft carrier and may be looking to get it back. Maybe one of the nuke weapons, like the one lost off of the coast of Georgia would be a good example. I imagine the government would be very happy to get that back, and there would be a reward to the party that did so.
