Question is, if your a bounty hunter, you've successfully disabled their ship, you've taken them into custody and have "accidently" smacked their head against the statis cell while putting them in. What goes on with their ship. Do you now have a claim on it? Do you bring it back and get part of the bounty on that as well and it gets sold at an estate auction or what?

Or does grabbing it consist of stealing it and your now a bad guy.(Assuming their ship is legally owned)

I'm also curious if there are rules for abandoned ships and property. If you just log off or ditch a ship somewhere and I come by three hours later and it is still there untouched I shouldn't be a thief if I grab it. On the other hand, a system so that until a set time expires that the original owner can pay a percentage of the value of the ship and get it back would be interesting.
