I've been looking at the ship specs, and the biggest ship there seems to be the Idris Corvette. I was wondering if perhaps there are bigger ships to command that weren't in the ship specs, maybe because they count as a different entity than normal ships, like in Freelancer, if they count as a space station? Except you're able to move them around with autopilot and the flight planner.
